Consistent greens, cut this morning, delivered today.

We harvest against your standing schedule — daily, or the service days you choose. Never from stock, never from a chiller.

Why switch

Four reasons kitchens leave weekly wholesale.

01

Consistency of cut and size

Every punnet is sorted by hand for stem length and leaf size, so a garnish looks the same on Monday as it does on Friday. No re-picking on the pass.

02

Delivered on your service days

Not your whole week in one drop for you to store. You take what you need on the days you need it, and the shelf life is your buffer rather than your plan.

03

Same-day harvest

Cut at 04:30, with you before service. What arrives on Thursday was still growing on Wednesday night.

04

Custom and rare crops to order

If you want something we don't grow, we'll trial it. Three to four weeks from brief to first delivery.

The model

The standing schedule.

Most suppliers deliver your week in one drop and leave you to store it. We cut to your schedule instead — daily, or on your service days — so what arrives on Thursday was still growing on Wednesday night. The seven-to-nine day shelf life is your buffer, not your plan.

Step one

Set your schedule

Tell us which days you need greens and roughly how much. Daily, alternate days, or your service days only.

Step two

Adjust by the evening before

Message us before the cut-off to change quantities for tomorrow. Covering an event or a slow week takes one message.

Step three

Cut that morning

We harvest your order before sunrise on the day it's delivered. Never from stock, never from a chiller.

Food safety

Written as procedure, not as a promise.

FSSAI licence [number TBC]
  1. Seed — germination-tested per batch, sanitised in 2% food-grade hydrogen peroxide before sowing.
  2. Room — closed growing environment, filtered air, no soil brought in from outside.
  3. Trays — washed and sanitised between every cycle. No tray is reused unsanitised.
  4. Harvest — gloved, above the root line, into sanitised containers. Every tray inspected by hand.
  5. Pack — weighed and sealed within ninety minutes of cutting, supplied unwashed.

Custom growing

Tell us what you can't get.

Amaranth, red-veined sorrel, shiso, fenugreek, basil — if there's a green you've had to design around because nobody in Bengaluru grows it reliably, we'll trial it against your spec. Three to four weeks from brief to first delivery, then it joins your standing schedule like anything else.

Chef questions
Do you invoice, and is GST included?

Yes. Every delivery to a kitchen is invoiced with a GST invoice against your GSTIN. Statements are issued monthly for standing accounts.

What are the payment terms?

Advance payment for one-off orders. Fifteen-day terms for standing accounts once the first month has settled.

Is there a minimum order?

₹800 per delivery, with a minimum of 100 g per variety. Below that the delivery costs more than the greens.

What's your delivery radius?

Across Bengaluru, seven days a week. Send us your pincode and we'll confirm a delivery window against your service times.

What happens if a crop fails?

You hear from us the evening before, not on the morning of service. We offer a substitute variety or a credit — your call.

How much can you supply in a week?

Around sixty kilos across all varieties from 2,400 sq ft, and we hold capacity back rather than over-committing a standing account.
