A farm with no weather.
No rain, no season, no pesticide, no field. Nine days from a sanitised seed to a sealed punnet, in a room twenty minutes from the kitchens we supply.
Seed, light, hand.

Seeds
High-quality seed, experimentally checked for germination rate, sanitised in 2% food-grade hydrogen peroxide before sowing.

Nurtured
Sown into an organic growing medium under specialised grow lights. We use 95% less water than field farming, and every tray is cared for individually.

Hand-picked
Hand-cut before sunrise, sorted for consistency, packed the same morning. Leaves and stems only — never the roots.
The same tray, three times.

Twenty minutes, not two thousand kilometres.
Conventional produce is picked early so it can survive the journey, then ripens in transport rather than in the ground. Microgreens can't survive that at all — they're at peak for a matter of days. Removing the supply chain isn't a sustainability gesture here, it's the only way the product exists.
Zero pesticides
A closed room has no pests to spray for. Nothing synthetic touches a tray at any point in the nine days.
Rigorous sanitation
Seed sanitised before sowing, trays sanitised between cycles, harvest gloved into sanitised containers.
Hands-on quality control
Every tray is looked at by a person before it is cut, and every punnet is sorted by hand before it is sealed.
