Everything people ask.
How do I order?
Message us on WhatsApp with what you'd like and your pincode. There's no cart and no account. We confirm availability, total and a delivery window in the same thread.
Which areas do you deliver to?
Across Bengaluru, seven days a week, same day as harvest. Delivery is free above ₹299. Message us with your pincode and we'll confirm your window. ⚠
When is the cut-off for next-day delivery?
6:00 pm. Anything confirmed before then is cut in the 04:30 harvest and with you between 07:00 and 11:00. ⚠
Is there a minimum order?
₹299 for free delivery, which is roughly two punnets or one box. A single punnet doesn't reach it — the Taster Box is the easiest way in. ⚠
How do I pay?
UPI on confirmation. There's no payment gateway on this site and no card is ever stored. ⚠
How long do they stay fresh?
Seven to nine days in your refrigerator in a sealed container. Because we cut and deliver on the same day, you get the full window rather than what's left after a week in transit.
Do I need to wash them?
They're supplied unwashed so they keep longer — water on the leaf is what starts the decline. Rinse and pat dry just before you use them. ⚠
Can I cook with them?
Treat them as a fresh topping, not an ingredient. Stir them in right before serving — over poha, upma, dal or a wrap — rather than cooking them into the dish.
Can I freeze them?
No. Freezing destroys the cell structure and you'll be left with a wet green paste. Buy less, more often — that's what same-day delivery is for.
Are they safe to eat raw?
Yes. Grown indoors in a controlled, sanitised environment with zero pesticides or synthetic chemicals, and every harvest is inspected by hand. Raw is how they should be eaten — heat destroys the water-soluble vitamins and living enzymes that make them worth eating.
Are you FSSAI licensed?
Yes — licence number [TBC], displayed on every invoice and on the For Chefs page.
What do you grow them in?
An organic coco peat medium, not field soil. Seed is sanitised in 2% food-grade hydrogen peroxide before sowing, and trays are sanitised between every cycle. ⚠
Do you supply restaurants and cafés?
Yes, on a standing schedule — daily or on your service days, harvested that morning. It's all on the For Chefs page, including a free sample box.
Do you issue GST invoices?
Yes, against your GSTIN, on every delivery. Monthly statements for standing accounts. ⚠
Can you grow something we can't source?
Usually. Three to four weeks from brief to first delivery, then it joins your schedule like anything else. ⚠
